Letter T

We started tuesday by playing with play dough. This is always a big hit with the kids.  During opening exercises we we noticed that Lydia was not there. She was celebrating her birthday and had a surprise visitor. After opening exercises we had a T party, everyone shared items they brought that begin with the letter T. They shared a tiara, tiger, train, toothbrush, toothpaste, among other things. Next we practiced writing the letter T by poking Toothpicks through paper. We then painted a tooth with a toothbrush.

We then counted and decided which numbers start with the letter t. After this we played a counting game where we rolled dice and placed beads on a pipe cleaner. For example if they rolled a six they placed six beads on the pipe cleaner. The kids really  liked this counting game. They were so well behaved and quiet as they placed all of their beads on the pipe cleaners. The kids were all well behaved and we had a fun time.
