H is for HEALTHY HABITS!

Eating right, exercising and washing our hands!

Kristen had the kids engaged and learning all about being healthy.  I was really impressed how organized and prepared she was.  The kids had a great week at preschool!
Coloring our healthy habit page.
Levi was quite the artist.  He made his mother proud!
Writing in a baggie of paint.  This was a great exercise to practice big H and little h.  They also drew things that start with H such as "happy face" and "heart".  It was cold and squishy but not messy!!

Time for exercise!  We went in the garage for jumping jacks and movement to be healthy.
Then the kids went through an obstacle course.
 Tunnels...
Balancing.... and more!
Ruby was the spotlight kid this week!  She showed us her princess car.
Lining up and following our teacher.
Thursday was all about dental HEALTH since Jerry and Ruby's Dad is a dentist we were all experts at brushing our teeth by the end of the day!

They put real tooth paste on and brushed with their new tooth brush!
Then they "flossed' green gunk out of teeth (green play dough and egos!) Very clever.

We all looked at our own teeth and flossed them too.
Miss Kristen had teeth model molds to show them what healthy teeth should look like.
They ate Oreos and looked at their "rotten" teeth!
Yuck!
Better clean those teeth!  They ate apples and carrots to make them shiny again.
They licked marshmallows and stuck them to make mouths full of white teeth!
Play time!!!
And of course we had a HEALTHY snack on both days!!
